  • 8 slicesmultigrain bread
  • 1Chopped onion
  • 1chopped capsicum
  • 4 tspchopped cabbage
  • 4 tspsweet corn
  • as requiredSalt
  • 1/2 tspblack pepper powder
  • 1 tsporegano
  • 1 tspchilli flakes
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 5 tspveg mayonnaise
  • 3 tspsandwich spread

  1. 1

    Chop all the vegetables finely

    Mix the vegetables with veg mayonnaise and sandwich spread. Add salt, black pepper powder, oregano and chilli flakes in it.

    Then spread the mix on a bread and cover with another bread.

    Apply butter on the bread in both sides and grill it

    Now the sandwich is ready to serve hot.
