Take the sabudana soak it for 2 hours in water.

As the sabudana soak till that boil 2 potatoes, peel off the potatoes as it get boil.

Now take a medium size bowl add the sabudana in the bowl, then add potatoes in the bowl a smash it well with sabudana.

Now add chopped chilles, roasted groundnut powder, Coriander, curry leaves and salt as per taste and then bind them all together well.

On others hands put oil on low flame on gas stove.

Now take the mixture and make balls of the mixture.

As the oil becomes hot put the balls in the oil and fry it till it becomes golden brown.

As balls become golden brown our sabudana lollipop is ready.

Now serve the hot sabudana lollipops with tomato sauce or according to your taste.
