Wash thoroughly the plaintain before peeling,then peel it and cut into desired shape and size. Set the frying pan on fire add oil, sprinkle in salt to the plaintain for taste when hot start frying,serve hot with any sauce or soup of ur choice mine was vegetable sauce. Taaadaaa!!!
