Ingredients

  • Tarragon sauce
  • 2 tbspButter
  • 1Small Onion (Sliced)
  • 1Chicken Cube
  • 1/2 cupwater
  • 3/4 cupcream
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper
  • 2 tspdried tarragon leaves
  • Grilled chicken Ingredients
  • 1/2 kgChicken fillet flatten
  • 2-3 tbspOil (for grilling)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1 tspGarlic powder
  • 1 tspMustard paste
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 2 tbspOlive Oil
  • 1/2 tspTarragon leaves
  • 1 tbspSoy Sauce
  • Saute vegetables
  • 1Capsicum
  • 1Carrot
  • 1Cucumber
  • 1Onion
  • 2 tbspOil
  • Fried rice
  • 1Carrot chopped
  • 1Capsicum chopped
  • 1Onion chopped
  • 1 cupRice boiled
  • 1 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tspChicken powder
  • to tasteSalt
  • 2 tbspSoy sauce
  • 2 tbspChilli sauce
  • half cupOil

Steps

    Tarragon Sauce: In a pan,add butter and let it melt,add onion and saute till translucent.

  2. 2

    Add water, chicken cube Stock and mix it well.

  3. 3

    Now turn off the flame, add cream and mix well.

  4. 4

    Turn on the flame; add salt,black pepper,dried tarragon leaves and mix well,cook until desired thickness.

  5. 5

    In a bowl add chicken fillet, salt, garlic powder, mustard paste, black pepper, olive oil, tarragon leaves, soy sauce mix well and keep aside for 20-25 minutes.

  6. 6

    Grease grill pan with oil and place marinated chicken. Grill each side on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.

    Drizzle tarragon sauce over grilled chicken and serve.

  8. 8

    For saute vegetables: add 2 tbsp in a wok then add all vegetables and saute for 2-3 minutes.

  9. 9

    Fried rice: In a wok add oil then add vegetables and saute for 1 min then add all spices and cook for 2 mins,add boiled rice and mix well.Cover and cook at low flame for 5-8 mins.
