It's my mom's recipe.
Steps

Wash trotters and add in 1/2 cup flour & keep it for 20 minutes.

Add the trotters in the pan and add 3-4 glasses of warm water with Coriander seeds and fennel seeds.Add all spice powder and ginger garlic paste. Cook it and prepare the stock.

Take 1 cup Oil in the pan, add chopped onions and fry it until golden brown. Take it out and crush.

Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric powder, all spice powder, coriander powder. When the masala is cooked add 1/2 cup yogurt and trotters.

Cook it and add in stock Add salt and cook it on low flame for 10-15 minutes.

When Oil separates,add lemon juice, Coriander leaves, green chillies, chopped Ginger and simmer it.

Serve it with naans/ kulchas.
