Kiwi Mango hot sauce

I’ve been seeing more and more fruity hot sauces recently. My go-to has usually been pineapple/mango, but had some kiwi sitting in the fridge so thought I’d give it a try with the mango instead. Tried some on a burrito and I was pleasantly surprised 😁

Steps
- 1
Stem the peppers and cut them lengthwise. Keep the seeds in for more heat.
- 2
Roast the peppers and garlic in a skillet on medium high heat for 5 min. Press peppers with a spatula to release more flavor.
- 3
Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 10 min.
- 4
Pour into a blender and blend until smooth.
- 5
Pour into containers. (Refrigerate for 24 hrs to help flavors meld.) Enjoy!
