I have mrenda in my farm and it's also in season. So I decided to cook some. They were so yummy! You should try it!

Ingredients

30 mins

5 servings

3 bunchesmrenda. (You can adjust the quantity)
2 TSPbaking powder
2 TBScooking oil
1 pinchsalt
1tomato (optional)
Chopped onion
1royco cube
Fried Omena

Steps

30 mins

Sort the mrenda, wash and cut.

Fry the your onions till golden brown then add tomatoes and let it soften

Add 1 cup of water then Baking powder.

Add the mrenda and stir.

Add salt and royco cube. Let it cook for 10-15 minutes. Then add a little milk.

Serve with Omena and Ugali.
