Rainbow Swiss rolls

Baking is my love & passion , I am not gave much time to it but when I make & bake something I pay my all attentions and concentration to it.
When I was a child (by the way I have 2 childs now MashaAllah), so that time I always buy Cream puffs, Cream rolls and Swiss rolls from our nearby bakery in Rawalpindi💗 with my father. They made coloured swiss rolls and they looks so tempting.. So I decided to make that Awesome swiss rolls .. And I will tell you what I gonna do with the remaining swiss rolls another day! "

Take a clear bowl, add eggs in it and beat till fluffy.

Now add sugar and vanilla essence and beat again till double in size and pale in colour.

Sift flour in the eggs and sugar mixture and fold with light hands.

Pour one drop of each colour and give a one light stir.

Pour batter in swiss roll tin and bake at 200° for 6-7 minutes. (Dont over bake)

After baking let it cool. While cooling whip whipping cream.

After cooling completely spread whipped cream all over the swiss roll then fold carefully.

Rainbow swiss roll are ready to serve. Cut in thick slices then serve the sweetness.
