Cooking Instructions
- 1
Boil the tomato and guajillo chiles for about 10 minutes. Once cooked, blend them with the clove and salt.
- 2
In a deep saucepan, cook the onion, then add the ground meat and cook thoroughly.
- 3
Once the meat is well cooked, strain the tomato mixture and add it to the meat. Stir well.
- 4
Add the cooked beans, stir to combine, and use a potato masher to gently mash some of the beans.
- 5
Let the mixture thicken a bit, then serve. I recommend microwaving the cheese for a few seconds or using a double boiler to make it smoother.
- 6
Layer tortilla chips, meat mixture, cheese, and jalapeño slices. My mouth waters every time I make these!

Nachos with Chili Con Carne Nachos with Chili Con Carne
I wanted to find a delicious way to eat the chili con carne in my freezer. Just put the chili in the microwave straight from the freezer, and it's ready in no time! The presentation of your plate will look better if you hide any broken corn chips in the middle, and the unbroken ones on the edge of the plate. If you don't have red cheddar, just use grated cheese for pizzas. The ingredient amounts are approximated, so just adjust them to your liking.
