1 CupBasan flour,
1 cupwater
as required,white pumpkin
as required,baking soda, salt, garlic
as per required Red chilli powder,oil

Make garlic chutney first (To make it mix chilli powder,salt and oil)

Make white pumpkins into round piece and inside apply garlic chutney and add the white pumpkins back on top

Inside the basan flour add salt,baking soda and make the batter then dip the white pumpkins chips in it and then deep dry it
