Ingredients

  1. 2 cupssoya chunks
  2. 1 cuppeas
  3. 1 cupchopped finely green beans
  4. 1 cupgrated carrot
  5. 1 cupmashed potato
  6. 2 slicesbread
  7. 1 tbspginger, garlic and green chilly paste
  8. 1 tspchaat masala
  9. 1 tspcumin coriander powder
  10. 1 tbspCorn starch
  11. as neededOil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Soak soya chunks in hot water for 15 minutes. Crush coarsely in a blender when soft.

    Saute carrots and beans in oil.

  3. 3

    Boil peas and crush them.

  4. 4

    Crumble fresh bread in the grinder.

  5. 5

    Mix all the ingredients in a bowl including the spices.

  6. 6

    Shape into flat cutlets and shallow fry

  7. 7

    Enjoy these protein rich delicious cutlets with mint chutney and ketchup.
