Take a bowl add sugar and butter and beat it till it become light and fluffy

Now mix all this with light hand and get together all dough mix add milk little by little as much Knead

Keep the dough in freeze for 1 hr now after 1 hr take it out and add choco chips and give it roundell shapes.

Now preheat heat the oven at 160 for 10 min and arrange the cookies in baking tray and bake it for20 mins and it's ready
