Ingredients

30 minutes
3 servings
  • 500 gmTopioca
  • 250 gmChingri fish
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspGinger paste
  • 2 tspGarlic paste
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 1 tspCumin powder
  • 2Green chilies
  • 1 tspwhole jeera(cumin seeds)
  • as neededOil
  • 1/2 tspGaram masala

Steps

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Boiled Topioca in a pressure cooker. And then cut it into small pieces

  2. 2

    Take a karai. Fry chingri fish

  3. 3

    Add oil in the karai. Add whole jeera and fry it. Add ginger garlic paste and fry it. Add Topioca into it. Add cumin, coriander powder and green chilies, salt, turmeric. Stir it and cook it until the oil remove. Then add water and chingri fish. Cook for 5 minutes. Add garam masala and serve with rice
