Preparation of masala powder: Heat a pan add cloves, black pepper, cinnamon, jeera, cardamom, coriander seeds dry roast for 2 minutes then make a fine powder in crusher. Feel the aroma

Roast cashews in ghee and keep it aside.

Preparation of Palak paste: take water in a bowl add palak blanch it for 2 minutes, then pour cold water on it. Then make palak paste

Heat a pan add ghee, urad daal, chana daal fry it. Then add bay leaf, green chillies, potato, onion, Ginger garlic paste saute it nicely until onion cooks completely. Then add all veggies mix it well.

Now add palak paste. Mix it and saute it until raw smell goes out completely. Then add masala powder mix it so you ll feel the aroma. Now add rice mix it then add water as required. Mix it and cook it for 2 whistles. Then switch off the flame once then open the lid add lemon juice and coriander. Garnish with cashews.
