Heat 5 to 6 cups water in a pan When the water comes to a boil, add salt Next add ½ teaspoon oil. Mix well then add the noodles Boil till the noodles are cooked al dente.Drain the cooked noodles in a colander or sieve then rinse the noodles with fresh water.

Heat 2 to 3 tablespoons oil which don't have heavy smell you can use sunflower oil Keep the heat to low or medium-low. Add 1 teaspoon finely chopped garlic and 1 teaspoon finely chopped ginger Stir-fry or sauté for some seconds then increase the flame to high & add ⅓ cup chopped onions Keep on stirring continuously and stir fry the onions till they become golden colour.

Next add 1 to 2 tablespoons soy sauce,green chillies sauce,vinegar,tamoto sauce,pepper powder,cashew,taste maker.now add boil noddles and mix it up.

Noodles is ready now serve it with butter and tomato ketchup.
