  • 2 cupsoaked rice
  • 11/2 cupcoconut
  • 1 cupwater
  • as per tasteSalt

    Keep the soaked rice and coconut ready

    Grind it to smooth paste. It should be little loose than idli batter.

    Take a clay tawa. Heat it on high flame.

    Once tawa is hot, pour a big ladle full of the batter. Cover it with a lid and let it cook for 1 minute. Open the lid and check if you can see holes on the Dosa.

    Serve hot with choice of chuntey or curry.
