Ingredients

  • 3 cupsself raising flour(sifted well)
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 1 cupblueband melted
  • 1 cupmilk
  • 5eggs
  • 1teaspoonful of vanilla essence
  • 1 pinchcardamon
  • NB // I used tea cup to measure
  • Cocoa

Steps

    Mix eggs,sugar,milk,blue band,vanilla essence and cardamon and beat it with a hand mixer

  2. 2

    Beat it until they get mixed

  3. 3

    Add sifted flour

  4. 4

    Mix well until smooth

  5. 5

    Divide it to an equal portion

  6. 6

    Add cocoa to the other divided portion

  7. 7

    Grease your baking tray or sufuria and put the batter turn by turn

  8. 8

    Put in preheat oven for 30min

  9. 9

    Voila!ready to serve
