  • 20Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 cuphomemade chicken broth
  • 2garlic cloves
  • Basil - 1/4 cup chopped fresh leaves
  • Parsley - 1/4 cup chopped fresh
  • to tasteHimalayan salt
  • to tastePepper

  1. 1

    Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (eg. Vitamix) and purée

  2. 2

    Pour into a saucepan and simmer to reduce liquid to desired consistency

  3. 3
