8-10Roma tomatoes
20Cherry tomatoes
1 cuphomemade chicken broth
2garlic cloves
Basil - 1/4 cup chopped fresh leaves
Parsley - 1/4 cup chopped fresh
to tasteHimalayan salt
to tastePepper

Steps

30 mins

Place all ingredients in a high speed blender (eg. Vitamix) and purée
2

Pour into a saucepan and simmer to reduce liquid to desired consistency
