In a large mixing bowl take coconut milk, maida also add 2 tbsp sugar and a pinch of salt and and combine well with the whisk or hand mixer.

Add as required milk and make smooth flowing consistency batter.add cardomom powder, desiccated coconut and baking powder and mix well.

Now heat a nonstick pan and grease with butter. pour a ladleful of prepared pancake batter. do not spread. simmer and cook for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear on the surface. Add little butter.

Flip over the pancakes and pour little butter. Cook for 1-2 minutes or until cooked.

Place on a plate and sprinkle some vanilla sugar and coconut on top of it and serve it with any fruit.
