Knead a smooth dough for paratha and let it rest for 10 min

Crush garlic in pestel mortar and mix in melted butter. Add it in butter. Add seasoning of mixed herbs and chilli flakes

Take a ball size dough roll it and evenly apply the mixture of garlic butter to it. Fold it like a fan and roll it gently again

Cook with oil/ghee/butter from both sides and your garlic butter paratha is ready to serve

Here I have served it with soya aloo curry you can have it with chutney, ketchup,curd or any other curry of your choice
