Ingredients

  1. 1 cupwheat flour
  2. 1 cupchopped spinach
  3. 2 tbspginger garlic green chillies paste
  4. 1 tspturmeric powder
  5. 1 tspred chilly powder
  6. 1-2 tspsalt
  7. 1 tsproasted cumin powder
  8. 1-2 tbspoil
  9. 1 tspsesame seeds
  10. 1 cupcurd
  11. Oil for roasting

Steps

  1. 1

    Take all ingredients and knead a semi soft dough. Rest it for 10 mins.

    Now make balls. Roll it like a roti. Heat a tawa/griddle and roast it on both sides till golden brown and crispy.

    Serve hot hot with pickle or curd.
