Peel and chop the bunda as shown..

Now heat the oil in a cooker and add methi(fenugreek) seeds to it..

Now add the chopped bunda to it..

Fry it for 5 mins..

Then add the green chilles to it..

Now add the salt and turmeric powder..

Mix well..

Add the required water and close the lid of the cooker and cook for 10 mins on medium flame..

After 10 mins your bunda is ready to enjoy..
