Moong dal idli
Protein rich and oil free recipe perfect for breakfast

Soak moong daal for 3-4 hrs

Grind moong dal, green chilli and garlic together make a batter of poring consistency not too thin not thick

Now add salt oil and turmeric powder to the batter mix it very well until it becomes fluffy

Till then heat and grese the idli cooker at last add 1n half tbsp of fruit salt to the batter mix it well

Pour it into idli cooker steam for 15 min.

Then make a tadka add oil to the pan green chilli, seasame seeds, rai, curry leaves let's crackl them add idli

Serve with any kind of chutney or tomato sauce
