Steps

Wash and chop palak, onion.
Take oil in cooker.
Add chopped onions and cook till light brown.

Add chopped tomatoes, Palak, soaked daal and all spices.
Mix well. In few time Palak will leave water.

Cook till is dries and oil starts separate. Then add 2 cups water and close the lid. Cook on high flame till 2 whistles. Then cook for 10 mins on low flame.
After than mash the daal Palak with help of wooden masher.

Take oil in tadka pan add chopped garlic. Give tadka to saayi bhaji. Mix well.
Saayi bhaji ready. Serve with rice, pulao or sweet rice.
