1/4 cupwheat flour

Mix warm milk and butter, keep a aside.

Take one vessel, add maida, wheat flour, coco powder, sugar powder, vanila essence and mix. Add milk and mix nicely. Pancake Batter is ready.

Pour the batter on heated tawa. Cook both sides. Mini choco pancake is ready.

Place 4 pancake on serving plate, pour some choco ganache, decorate cashew, cherry and mint leaves. Serve Yummy pancake.
