4 tablespoonsghee
As required Onion tomato cheese filling
1onion chopped
1tomato chopped

1/2 teaspoonturmeric powder
1 tablespoonschewaun sauce
1 tablespoontomato sauce
2cheese cubes

In a bowl mix all ingredients under filling section except cheese.

Take dosa batter add salt to taste.

Heat a tawa, pour a ladle of dosa batter and spread evenly in circular manner, add a dollop of ghee.

Once it appears golden on top, fold on tawa only and serve ghee sada dosa is ready.

Now pour one more ladle of dosa battrer and spread on tawa, spread the onion tomato mixture, a spoon of ghee and grate cheese on top.

Once the cheese melts, either fold or serve as it is on the plate yummy cheese dosa is ready.
