Drumstick leaves paratha
A super healthy and tasty paratha.
Steps

At first steam the leaves for just 2-3 minutes.

Now heat oil in a pan add ginger and chilli paste, saute for a minute.

Now add the leaves and just mix adding roasted spices powder, salt and mix.

Remove and keep aside to cool down.

Now take wheat flour mix salt, oil and the leaves, knead a soft dough, rest for 15-20 minutes.

Divide the dough into small balls, roll into the desired shape.

Shallow fry the parathas and serve it hot with curd and pickle.
