Ingredients

40 minutes
6 servings
  • 2 kgpotatoes
  • 1 tablespoonred cilli
  • 1 tablespoonchopped green chilli
  • 1small chopped onion
  • 1small chopped tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoonblack pepper
  • 1 teaspoonajwaein
  • 1 tablespoonsalt
  • 2 tablespoonchopped dhania
  • 2 tablespoonchopped podina
  • Oil for swallow frying
  • 2eggs

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Boil the potatoes and peel them

  2. 2

    Now add all the spices and vegetables

  3. 3

    Make shape of round medium size kababs

  4. 4

    Heat oil in a frying pan for swallow frying

  5. 5

    Coat each kabab with egg batter and fry it on medium flame until both the sides are light brown

  6. 6

    Crunchy and tasty potatoes kabab or cutlets are ready 😊🥔
