1 cupoil
1 tbspsalt
4green chillies
Coriander as required
1 tbspred chilli
1onion
2tomatoes
1 tbspginger garlic paste
1 tspturmeric
2potatoes

Add oil in pan, fry onion in it

Add ginger garlic paste

Add tomatoes and mix
4

Add red chilli, turmeric, salt and cook it
5

Add potatoes pieces in it
6

Cook in slow flame for 20 mins or till potatoes are done.

Add coriander and green chillies in it and serve.
