Steps

Take aata in a bowl to knead. Add baisan and all the spices in it.

Now add 4-5 tbsp oil and mix with hands.

Gradually add mix daal salan in it as required and knead the flour with that daal. Use water in the end to set the flour while kneading it. Knead it properly and let it rest covered for half an hour in fridge.

Now make rotis of that dough. Apply butter on them thoroughly on both sides while cooking.

Serve with butter, achar and tea. Enjoy 🥰
