Aloo and pyaz pakora

Take gram flour in a bowl and add water. Mix well and make smooth batter. Cover and rest for 10 min.

Cut onion potato and chilli.

Mix all the ingredients into besan batter and mix properly and add salt as per your taste

Now add potatoes to the batter. Heat the oil on medium flame. Now coat aloo in batter nicely and deep fry them in oil.

When potatoes are finished then add chopped onion and chilles to besan and mix. Now make pakoda into oil and fry them until become golden and crispy.. now enjoy
