Onion pakoda

Peel and cut the onion into small pieces. Cut green chilli into small round pieces. Take one bowl add chopped onion green chilli pieces, ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, dry coriander and cumin seeds powder, cumin seeds, salt and sugar mix altogether with hand now add besan mix well, add soda pour some water and prepare the batter for pakoda. Keep it aside for 10 minutes.

Keep one kadhai on flame pour oil and let it heat on high flame. Now add small amounts of batter into the oil keep flame low to medium and fry pakoda till golden colour. Take out in vessel and serve with tomato sauce and hot tea.
