Green Kohlrabi Soup with Pork Ribs

It's been a long time since I saw fresh, tender green kohlrabi at the market. I really enjoy eating this vegetable in soups, stir-fries, or salads—it's always delicious.

Steps
- 1
Rinse the pork ribs and blanch them in boiling water. Then simmer the ribs until tender. Peel the green kohlrabi and cut into cubes. When the ribs are tender, add the kohlrabi to the pot.
- 2
Simmer for a few more minutes until everything is soft. Season to taste, then turn off the heat and top with chopped green onions, cilantro, and black pepper. For the best flavor, make sure all the ingredients are tender.
