Heat ghee in a kadai add grated carrots, saute for about 10mins on medium flame.

Once the carrot is half cooked pour the milk, condensed milk and grated peda.

Cook till the milk is completely absorbed by carrot.

Add cardamom powder,sugar and continue to cook until all moisture is evaporated.

In another pan add 1tbsp ghee and add all dry fruits and saute till golden brown.

Add dry fruit mixture into the kadai and mix well.

Cook for 5mins and switch off the flame. Gajar ka halwa is ready to served hot or cold
