5 minutes plus overnight in fridge

1 serving

30 gporridge oats
50 mlskimmed milk
1apple, grated (with or without skin)
Berries of choice (I mostly use strawberries or raspberries but whatever’s seasonally available is best)
4 tbsplow-fat Greek yoghourt or Skyr

Mix the oats, milk and apple in cereal bowl.

Leave in fridge overnight.

Add berries and yoghourt when ready to eat. Stir up to mix. Enjoy!
