  1. 2Bread slices
  2. 1/4Yellow Bell pepper
  3. 1/4Red Bell pepper
  4. 1/4capsicum
  5. 1/2Onion
  6. 1/4Carrot
  7. 1/4 tspBlack Pepper
  8. 1/4 tsporegano
  9. as per taste Salt
  10. 1 tbspnMayonnaise
  11. 1 tbspnTomato Sauce
  12. 1/2 tspMint chutney
  13. 1 tbspnButter

Cooking Instructions

    Firstly chopped veggies. Put salt, Black Pepper and oregano mix well. Mix Mayonnaise and Tomato sauce well. Keep in fridge for five minutes.

    Take one Bread spread mint chutney and on another spread tomato sauce.

    Spread mix veggie on bread. Take toaster pre-heat. Spread butter outside on both bread. Put in toaster. Yummy and crispy Sandwich toast is ready to eat.
