It's been a while since I made brownies... this time I'm using a pan with dividers so I don't have to cut them later.

This cake is always a favorite, whether for personal consumption or for sale, it's the best seller.

I've shared this recipe before, but let's make it again.

many
  1. 300 gramsdark chocolate compound (DCC)
  2. 1/3 cupvegetable oil (80 ml)
  3. 7 tablespoonsbutter/margarine (I use Forvita) (about 100 grams)
  4. 1 cuppowdered sugar or granulated sugar blended (200 grams)
  5. 4whole eggs
  6. 1 2/3 cupsall-purpose flour (200 grams)
  7. 6heaping tablespoons Milo
  8. Almonds, cashews, chocolate chips, Oreo for topping

Cooking Instructions

1 hour
  1. 1

Melt the DCC, margarine, and oil together, then set aside and let cool to room temperature (this is necessary for the shiny finish).

  2. 2

Whisk the eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.

  3. 3

Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.

  4. 4

Add the flour and Milo (sift them in) and continue to mix until well combined.

  5. 5

Grease the pan with margarine and line it with baking paper. (I use a 10x10 inch pan)

  6. 6

Pour the brownie batter into the pan, smooth it out, and insert the dividers.

  7. 7

Add toppings on top of the batter as desired.

  8. 8

Bake for 35 minutes at 300°F (150°C) with bottom heat.

  9. 9

Remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the pan. Serve with love.
