Fudgy and Shiny Baked Milo Brownies with Dividers

It's been a while since I made brownies... this time I'm using a pan with dividers so I don't have to cut them later.
This cake is always a favorite, whether for personal consumption or for sale, it's the best seller.
I've shared this recipe before, but let's make it again.

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Melt the DCC, margarine, and oil together, then set aside and let cool to room temperature (this is necessary for the shiny finish).
- 2
Whisk the eggs and sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- 3
Add the melted chocolate mixture and mix well.
- 4
Add the flour and Milo (sift them in) and continue to mix until well combined.
- 5
Grease the pan with margarine and line it with baking paper. (I use a 10x10 inch pan)
- 6
Pour the brownie batter into the pan, smooth it out, and insert the dividers.
- 7
Add toppings on top of the batter as desired.
- 8
Bake for 35 minutes at 300°F (150°C) with bottom heat.
- 9
Remove from the oven and let cool before removing from the pan. Serve with love.

If, like me, you prefer fudgy brownies to cakey brownies, then this is the brownie recipe for you. I will never make boxed brownies again and this recipe is very simple to make. They are dense, chewy and delicious! If you're a true chocoholic, opt for the milk chocolate frosting on top of the finished brownies....I think they're pretty amazing without the frosting though, with a bowl of vanilla bean ice cream 😁 Recipe source : Sallysbakingaddiction.com Christina -

Steamed Brownies - Brownies Kukus Steamed Brownies - Brownies Kukus
The original recipe actually very common here, but I play with the amount and type of ingredients. My mom loves soft brownies. It's great recipe for base brownies cake I think. Here I'm using low protein flour because I want cakey texture. If you like chewy not too soft brownies texture you can use mid protein flour or all purposes flour and play with the flour and chocolate ratio. Damnalpaca -
