Cut carrot and potato into cubes and boil in salted water till soft.

Heat up pan add oil then asafoetida then mustard seeds
- 3
Saute ginger, chilli and add tomato paste.
- 4
When cooked add all masalas and mix.
- 5
Add drained carrot and potato and mix nicely.
- 6
Garnish with coriander leaves and enjoy.
