2 tbsphung curd
2 tbspmayonnaise
2 tbspchopped onion
2 tbspchopped cucumber

First cut the edges of bread slices. Now in a bowl mix chopped veggies and 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise. Add pinch of black pepper powder and 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup to it. For 2nd layer in a bowl mix mashed paneer and corns. Add pinch of salt and black pepper to it.

Now in a bowl take hung curd and mayonnaise. Mix it well and add pinch of salt and black pepper powder to it. Now take a bread slice and apply butter to it. Put mixed veggies mixture on it and spread. Keep another bread slice on it and apply tomato ketchup. For 2nd layer now spread paneer mixture on it and keep another slice on it.

Now spread hung curd and mayonnaise mixture evenly on the sandwich. Now it looks like a cake. Keep it in freeze for 10 min. Decorate it with tomato flower or as per your choice. Sandwich cake is ready to serve.
