2 cupfreshly cooked rice
1.5 cup smooth curd
1 cup milk
as requiredWater as per rice steaming

In a bowl mix curd, milk and rice add salt as per taste
In a tadka pan add ghee/oil,
Tadka with musterd, hing, cury leaves, few chopped ginger, dry coconut
Add these tadka to mixture of rice amd mix it well and its ready
