Heat a pan add water in it 1 cup now add tomatoes chopped roughly onion garlic ginger bay leaf cardamom black cardamom red chilli cashews cinnamon cloves black pepper salt for taste add give a stir let it cook for 15 to 20 minute.when it get cooked cool it down remove bay leaf cinnamon stick black cardamom green cardamom from it, add rest of masala in grinder and grind it finely.our masala is ready.

Now in the same pan heat it add butter add ginger powder green chilli and add paneer cubes in it and let them golden brown now add little salt on paneer and stir well now it's time to add puree we made in grinder add it mix it well our shift it in a bowl add honey 1 tsp and cream on it. Our paneer makhani is ready.
