Ingredients

  • 1carrot chopped
  • 1tomato chopped
  • 1/2 inchginger chopped
  • 300 mlwater
  • to tasteSalt
  • to tasteBlack pepper powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Put all ingredients plus water and seasonings in a pressure cooker.

    Give two whistles and let it cool.Once it cools sieve the boiled veggies and mash on sieve nicely.

    Heat sieve soup and enjoy the healthy carrot soup.
