For Chicken Lollipop:-

In a large bowl add Soya sauce, tomato ketchup,red chili powder,red chili sauce, ginger garlic paste,salt, chicken lollipops and mix it well together.and marinade for 30 minutes.

In a same bowl add cornflour,all-purpose flour,egg and mix well to create a thick batter and coat the lollipops in it.

Heat the oil in a kadai,add the battered lollipops one by one for deep frying. Fry these on medium to high heat till golden brown.(approx 3-4 minutes).

Take these out on a kitchen towel to drain out the excess oil and set aside.

In a pan, heat oil and add chopped ginger garlic. Stir fry on high heat for a minute. Now add chopped onion, keep stir frying till the onion soften and add green chillies. After a few seconds add Schezwan sauce, Soya sauce, chili sauce, tomato sauce.cook the sauces for 2 minutes.

Add the cornflour slurry and keep frying till it thickness.

Add chicken lollipops and honey and toss well. Top it with chopped spring onions and serve.
