Vanilla cake
A soft spongy and tasty kind of cake. No mixer used
Steps

In a bowl mix butter and sugar till white and fluffy

Add egg one after the other i.e when u add one mix then add another one

Add vanilla flavour

In a bowl mix Flour, salt, baking powder, baking soda

Then dilute 3 tbsp of powdered milk with 1 cup of water

Divide the mixed flour into 3 portion, add the first portion, mix then add ½of your diluted milk

Pour in the second portion and mix again then and the remaining ½of your milk

Then fold in the last portion

Here is the batter

Assemble your paper cups scoop the mixture and bake until golden brown or insert a skewer to ensure its completely baked

And th e cupcakes are ready, u can frost it with either whipped cream or butter cream frosting
