Ginger carrot cake
Steps

In a bowl add oil,sugar and condensed milk and beat it untill smooth.

Add all the dry ingredients into it along with carrot, ginger & cinnamon powder.

Mix well and add milk into it to get perfect batter. You can reduce or increase milk as per consistency.

Now add into a ore dusted baking tray. And in preheat oven bake for 25 mins at 170°c - 180°c

Once at room temperature cut the top portion & dust sugar on top using seive. And cut into pieces.
