Palak pakore
Steps

Take a palak and chop it. And then wash properly then a cattle add basen and washed palak and some water add salt, red chiili powder,garam masala, then 1 tsp oil and 1 tsp curd a the then mix well.

Take a pan add oil on full flame after 10 min add with the help help of finger in oil add mixture in round shape and again mix well.

After 5 min palak pakore is ready to eat. Serve with tea or sauce.
