Instant ragi dosa

Take ragi flour, rava and rice flour in a bowl.

Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, yogurt, cumin seeds, black pepper powder and salt.

Add 1 cup water and mix well to form a batter and cover and keep aside for 15-20 minutes.

After resting, add more water to make a flowing consistency batter.

Heat a non stick tawa and pour some batter on it.

Pour some oil and flip over when brown on underside. Cook on both sides till golden brown.

Similarly make all dosa sand serve hot with potato masala and sambhar.
