Ingredients

2 servings
  • 2 cupboiled rice
  • as requiredChopped veggies, capsicum, carrot, fresh beans, cabbage
  • to tasteSalt
  • as per tastePepper powder
  • 1 tbspvinegar
  • As neededFew drops of orange food colour

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Firstly in a large kadai heat 2 tbsp oil and stir-fry 2 clove garlic.

    Also, saute  onion.furthermore add vegetables of your choice carrot, cabbage,  beans,  capsicum and salt.

    Stir fry on high flame without overcooking vegetables.

  5. 5

    Now add 1 tbsp vinegar. stir-fry until combined well.

  6. 6

    Keeping the flame on high, add cooked rice.

  7. 7

    Also, add  pepper.

  8. 8

    Stir-fry by mixing well making sure rice grains won’t break. In last pour orange food colour and mix with light hand.

  9. 9

    Finally, enjoy veg fried rice.
