Street Style Hakka Noodles

Finely chop onion, carrots, green bell pepper and cabbage into thin slices.

Heat the pan (use iron pan to get the street style taste and flavor), add oil, garlic, ginger and chilli. Saute well. Add carrots and saute for 5 minutes, add onion and red bell pepper and saute for 3-5 minutes, lastly add cabbage and saute for 3 minutes.

Add salt and pepper, green chili sauce, red chilli sauce and soy sauce (don't add too much of salt as your soy contains some portion of salt). Saute for 5-7 minutes. Later, add boiled noodles and mix well, cook for about 3-5 minutes and add 2 tbsp of vinegar or lemon juice.

Serve noodles in a bowl, sprinkle friend noodles and some celery. Enjoy!
