  • 1 kgthigh boneless chicken
  • Soybean oil
  • Sugar
  • Garlic
  • Corriander
  • Lemongrass
  • Pepper
  • Tumeric

30 minutes
  1. 1

    Marinate the chicken with tumeric, soybean oil, corriander, sugar, salt and pepper. Cover and leave it for at least 1 hour

  2. 2

    Pan fry on medium high heat till golden brown
